When I got upset and told her we were told it had been taken care of, she suddenly was able to do it.

She told us she could not do it for us because they were fully booked. The day before we were originally due to leave I decided to double check to be sure it was all taken care of. We were assured it was no problem and it was all taken care of. The day we checked in, we told the front desk we wanted to extend our stay one day longer than our original reservation. Thankfully we did not bring our granddaughter like we wanted to. As of March of this year, no one under age 5 is allowed in the lazy river or pool. We rented a cabana by the lazy river and no food running during the week. Everything closes earlier during the week. The only place to get breaksfast is the Celebrity Grill. Very few dining options are available during the week. Wrong! Everything about this hotel and casino caters to the weekend crowds. We went during the week thinking it would be better to avoid the weekend crowds. Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and meeting rooms.
